U.S. Secret Service Suspect Captured by the U.S. Marshals

June 08, 2010 - U.S. Marshal Federico Rocha of the Northern District of California announces the arrest of Alan May. On June 4, 2010 May was arrested in San Francisco, CA on the run from Texas. May is wanted by the U.S. Secret Service for over $7 million in a fraud scheme. Allegedly, May set up a fraudulent ponzi scheme in the oil and gas business and assumed multiple identities to evade apprehension.
